I had everything it took to succeed. And yet, I was stuck.
I had already achieved a lot. But I was going round in circles, moving from one course to the next, one strategy to the next, convinced I was still missing a skill, a method, a plan.
Until I realised I was looking in the wrong place. It wasn’t my strategy that needed to change. It was me: my beliefs, my identity, what I allowed myself to have.
When I did that work, from the inside, everything shifted. And the results followed, far beyond what I had imagined.
For more than twenty years, between France and the UK, I supported careers at the heart of HR and recruitment. I saw so many brilliant women hit a ceiling, not for lack of skill, but because of an identity they didn’t know they were carrying.
Today, I help these women break through that invisible ceiling, redefine success on their own terms and become the women who create the wealth and the life they want. My approach brings together identity, beliefs, energy and strategy. To go deeper, I also work with intuition, Human Design and Gene Keys.
